Blogs are also excellent for journal writing. This type of writing encompasses many different types of communication. The journal can have students explain a concept (What is Pi?), reflect on a day's lesson (What did you learn about order of operations today? What gave you trouble today? What do you feel good about?), a pre-assessment of learning (What do you know about triangles?) & much more.
